London: Internal sales administration

We are a leading distributor for Rainscreen Cladding products based in Park Royal (Nearest tube: North Acton).
What we are looking for: A motivated individual who can fit in with a young team and looking for long term future prospects. Someone computer literate with Word and Excel would be beneficial. Non UK residents would need proof of long term Visa.
Responsibilities would inculde the following
1) Calling on new/exhisting customers from our CRM (ACT) & updating this system with relevant information. This will consist of companies that have either called us for a price or by means of tender or buying enquiries. There will be an element of contacting non-exhisting (potential customers).
2) Writing out customer orders, placing orders for materials required which will require sage line50 for which training will be given.
3) Using our in-house system for producing cutting schedules.
4) Booking appointments for external sales staff (where necessary).
5) General administration
6) Sending emails, producing letters, faxes etc.
