We are looking for a talented graphic designer to join our team (please see http://www.netdreams.co.uk ).
You will be required to produce and design initial concepts so that they can be presented to our clients. From here you will be responsible for laying out all inner page elements and content, dealing directly with the client and our Creative Director.
Essential experience
* At least 2 years commercial experience designing high quality web sites.
* Extremely proficient within Photoshop with a strong portfolio of work.
* Good communication skills.
* Ability to work as part of a small team.
Advantageous
* The ability to code standards compliant XHTML 1.0 strict/CSS as validated by http://www.w3.org.
* Experience dealing with clients.
* A working knowledge of AJAX and JavaScript.
* Flash (action script)
