Top entertainment consultancy specialising in PR, media promotions, events and sponsorship seeks a passionate Office Manager to assist in the daily running of the office. The Office manager will organise and supervise all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office.
Duties will include:
* Delegating work and workload planning
* Controlling the office budgets and invoicing
* Organising office maintenance and repair work
* Supervising the implementation of new office systems
* Chairing meetings
* Arranging travel/ organising meetings and appointments;
* Dealing with post and emails/ ordering office furniture/ ordering stationery
* Organising the recruitment of new staff/ keeping personnel records
Must have relevant experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills. The right person must be highly motivated and work effectively as part of a team.
Offices based in North West London on the Thameslink, free car parking and excellent employment packages and prospects available.
Salary is negotiable.
