We are seeking a dynamic and hunger driven Manager with a solid grounding in the Estate Agents Industry.
You will be largely responsible for developing the company in the local market as well as actively seeking new properties.
You must have previous experience within the residential sales industry and be capable of moving the business forward.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:-
* Carrying out property valuations and winning instructions
* Generating leads in order to expand
* Managing a team of sales staff and an administrator
* Ensuring that office targets are set and met on a regular basis
* Staff mentoring, recruitment and training.
* Maintaining efficient day to day operation of the office
These are just a few of the key responsibilities that are expected of the successful candidate.
The successful candidate must have a self driven approach and the desire to succeed.
