Established almost 100 years ago our client requires a freelance site manager to work on major commercial projects in the Belfast area. With an unrivalled reputation for high quality craftsmanship this company is now in operation throughout Europe, the UK and R.O.I. and require an experienced site manager, previous experience in Hotel projects would be an advantage.
The successful candidate hold a successful track record in the management of multi million pound commercial projects.  You will have a proven track record in working to deadlines and possess excellent problem solving skills. You will take responsibility for the supervision and management of all trades and sub contractors on site , run works to scheduled budgets and deadlines and be able to deliver practical solutions throughout the project as and when required.

As a leader within their market our client is looking for an experienced, highly organised and experienced individual. This is a superb opportunity for a shop fitting foreman to be involved in a large scale project and to develop a career within a successful and well established company.
