More and more people suffer from sleep disorders. For example, 10 million Americans take sleeping pills every day. But there are however some simple steps that can make a restful sleep, without the need to turn to medicines. The consequences of sleep problems involve all facets of an individual's life, his ability to relate, work, to enjoy life. The body does not feel rested, fatigue turn into irritability.
