People often use nicotine to reduce stress and tension, but recreation and relaxation release stress faster than tobacco. It is recommended: the introduction of relaxation exercises in your daily routine, quitting in tight clothes, body muscle tension for five seconds and then relax for ten seconds, eight hours sleep a night, relaxing one days a week, a vacation every year.
Planning a survival kit.
Substitutes are needed for smoking pleasure.
You can get oral satisfaction with fewer calories from snacks, chewing gum or toothpicks, drinking water or fruit juice, chewing a carrot or celery stems, peel of sunflower.
Hands may be filled with a puzzle, for fingers, pencils or coffee spoons for mixing. It is good that this kit always be prepared and accompany the person who quit smoking while she needs.
If none of these tactics do not work, the person can justify saying, and that will live longer if you do not smoke, can call a friend for encouragement, to do a walk, to meditate or pray, or do relaxation exercises and stretching, to count to 300, to relax with a warm bath.

Failed, try again!
Many of those who quit smoking fail several times before they succeed. If this happens the recommendation is not to give in exchange to stop! To throw smoke and realize that not failed, but only made a small detour. It's good to remember that the person deep desire to stop smoking, to recall the benefits of working and that the exercise makes things come out better.
- Request help. Addictive nicotine. Brain, which tells smoker to quit, is also dependent. Smoker may request help from friends, family, support group or a counselor.
- DISCLAIMER life. Smokers who want to quit now have a plan that works. This addiction can be beaten. So it's easier to be healthy. Smoking renunciation gives chance to the other person to give up unhealthy habits.
Good luck... :super

There are foods that can cause you to smoke less?
A team of U.S. scientists from the University of Medicine in North Carolina have found some foods that "spoil" the taste of cigarette, determining up to reduce their number. The experiment was conducted on a sample of 200 people who smoke tobacco associated with alcoholic beverages and those based on caffeine (tea, coffee, cola).
Also, meat is considered a food that favor smoking. Study results show that foods that cut your craving for smoking are milk products, no alcohol and caffeine drinks, fruits and vegetables.
