Radish benefit

Radish, the well known part of your salad, is a root crop, pungent or sweet in taste with a lot of juice. Radishes can be white, red, purple or black. It is well known how tasty it is but do you know how healthy it is? I read on an article that radish helps cure many types of cancer. Do you know other benefits of this plant?

Radish is an excellent source of vitamin C and also good source of calcium. It contains a variety of sulfur-based chemicals that increase the flow of bile. Therefore improve digestion. Radish contain far more vitamin C, calcium, and protein than contains its roots.
