The scientific magazine Psychology Today has published an article dedicated to the products that are able to increase the brain's working capacity.

The results show the following:
People become smarter by eating CRANBERRIES. It contains a lot of antioxidants. Experiments showed that this product improves memory.
The second place was taken by bilberries. This fruit is not worse than cranberries, but it contains less antioxidants. But it contains substances that improve your sight.
The third place was shared between beet and cabbage.These vegetables break ferments which are harmful for your organism.

These vegetables are followed by fat fish, namely - salmons, sardines and herring. Prevents Alzheimer's disease.

Spinach takes the fifth place. Scientists established that spinach brakes the problem appearing in nervous system, generated by the old age.

Beside of the above fruits and vegetables, I loved to eat broccoli, where it to be known good for prevent assorted types of cancers, Steven.

Fish indeed raises brain's ability of thinking and acting creatively. Just take the Japanese, they are surrounded by what? Sea! 60% of their food is sea food.
