Peak Diet! Eat Rice And Say It's Steak

Peak diet! Eat rice and say it's steak

We love to hear how nuts steak on a grill, though you did not want to eat too much meat? Be solved. A site in Japan promotes such a virtual table.
For us it is hard to believe that you can enjoy a steak, when in fact you only see, but really only eat rice with sauce.
For Japan, however, seems not to be a problem. This site has become one of the most popular in the country and its creator says that he makes such therapy.
Sooooo....are you ready to lose weight ? :)

So, I understand how does it works. It has a psychological impact. Have you ever noticed that you don't want to eat when you can't smell the food. The site in Japan has the same system, the system of auto-suggestion.Everybody, who wants to loose weight, just go for a sport, don't be lazy, and don't deceive you
