Enough rest is essential for a strong body;
The rules of hygiene: avoid contact with sick people, wash the hands frequently, etc..

If you keep a daily account of these tips, you will enjoy not only one season, but long term, the benefits of a strong body and a good general state.

I maintain it with different kind of vitamins which are in fruits and vegetables also I try to wear warm clothes when outside is cold, try to maintain my body healthy. It is important for our organism to rest 8 hours per day, not to use alcohol in a great measure. All these facts improve our immune system.

One wonderful remedy is a good food. Stock up on fresh salads, juicy fruits like lemon, kiwi or oranges, which are chock-full of vitamin C. In fact, any kind of fruit would be great to consume. Whole grains, and green leafy vegetables are also the best way to go, not just during this season, but all year long, would be ideal.

Music is also a powerful tool to help people who are struggling. For those of you who are musically talented, playing an instrument for someone who is mentally disturbed, would bring relief. If you have a beautiful voice, singing for someone who is agitated, or grieving, would be very comforting.

that is very simple, but hard to maintain..
first me i take vitamins so that it helps my immune system to be still strong fight different disease..
balance diet is also good. and at least regular exercise is also a help you to be strong.. ;-)
easy but really hard to maintain, what you need is to be aware and self discipline. :)
