Heart Attack Symptoms

Heart attack symptoms

Postby M.Helen » 27 Jun 2008, 20:38

You should know that not each heart attack symptom is pain in the left arm. Be careful at aches in the area of jaws. You could never have the first ache at your arm during a heart attack. Giddiness and intense sweating can also be considered symptoms for that. 60% of those who suffer heart attack while sleeping don't wake up. The pain in your jaws can wake you up from even the deepest sleep.
So let's be careful

Thank you, interesting information, I didn't know the heart has anything to do with the jaws.
Also, some symptoms of heart attack:
- Paleness or pallor;
- Chest discomfort with lightheadedness, fainting, sweating, nausea or shortness of breath.
If a kid asks where rain comes from, I think a cute thing to tell him is "God is crying." And if he asks why God is crying, another cute thing to tell him is "Probably because of something you did."

yes, but people don't be scared too much if you are pale, maybe you simply need a good sleep :)

heart attack symptoms are unpredictable. They can appear a minute before the heart attack or three days before. That's why the sooner you'll address to the doctor, the bigger are your chances.

An important factor for avoiding heart attacks is to learn how to breathe correctly, especially during fitness exercises. Remember - when you make effort you breathe out, when you relax you breathe in!

Yeah, I did read an article about this and you're right about it, Helen...

However, most of the people don't even realize the early symptoms of heart attacks in the early stages, what a pity... :-(

normally it's recommended to go to a cardiologist, at least once in 6 months, even if you are fully healthy and feel no signs that your heart could be weak. Thereby the risk of hearth attacks would be excluded.

For avoiding heart attacks, do not load yourself after a meal. Your heart requires resting. If your heart is tired, you are tired as well.

It's strange, but is a fact - many sportsmen died over the last couple of years because of heart attacks. Why is that happening? It could be the result of books tehy are reading.

How does a doctor determine if you have heart problems and may have a heart attack?
He should
* Completely review the patient's medical history.
* Make a physical examination.
* Use an electrocardiogram to reveal any abnormalities caused by damage to the heart.
* Make a blood test and examine its results.

A sign of possible heart attack is when the body is broken out into cold sweat. For men it's most likely to feel pain in chest, while women will feel nausea and shortness in breath.

Prevent heart attacks by doing a low-fat diet rich in fruits and vegetables. Draw enough attention to the amounts and types of fat in your diet. Remember eat in normal quantities salt, sugar, fat.

Avoid big physical loads, feel how heart is pumping and in case you feel beating deviations, this means you have arrhythmia, call the family doctor.

I'd like to share this information regarding heart attack. We must take care of ourselves more especially both our overall and dental health. It is said that our gum tissue care interacts with three areas relating to cardiovascular disease.
Changes is our diet can also be because of tooth loss that could lead from possible heart risk. Furthermore, your dentist may be the first one to check and suspect health problems that includes heart disease.

That's a rather interesting information. I never heard about it. Where did you learn it from? Or may be studied at the university?
One of the methods to prevent heart attacks is to practise sport ;)

Symptoms can be different, from discomfort in the chest to the other signs which may include breaking out in a cold sweat, nausea or lightheadedness. It also can include shortness of breath which may occur with or without chest discomfort. This kind of disease can cause big problems with the health, it may take lives. I think people should be more calm and not to stress at different situations because it is the main reason why this kind of disease is appearing.

The most basic symptom of the heart attack is suffocation and redness of the entire body. I think it is awfully to feel these kind of symptoms and feel a great pain in the heart region. All the people who saw such a terrible case should call the ambulance and try to spent a little time with the patient.
