Hair Falling

Hair falling

Postby Benn » 31 Aug 2008, 01:44

Hi to you all,
I have a problem. I'm 25, and I noticed my hair started to fall about two years ago. First I thought it's normal, but I'm seeing my head becomes more and more "naked". Please, help, what can I do? I didn't use any chemicals, so don't know the reason why it might fall.
Thank's in advance!

If you're male, this is normal - I know guys who started losing their hair at 17. Otherwise, it could be stress-related: sniff some lavender oil, get some sleep and try to revaluate your life (so you don't get stressed again) ;-) You can get hair extensions woven into your hair, but this is quite time consuming and expensive.

I know that such surgery intervention of hair extensions are very expensive. It depends where you live Benn, on average it's about $4,000

Benn, you should eat more foods that rich with vitamin H, or also known as Biotin, such as the peanuts, milk, egg yolk, and oatmeal. These foods will help to slow down the hair fall problem and promote the growth rate of new hair!

The H vitamin is also named the vitamin of beauty. It helps the skin and hair become sleek and nails - shiny.

Can’t you just get these vitamins as pills from a pharmacy? It would be more easy and comfortable. I can’t eat the same food day by day; it becomes a torture in a couple of weeks.

well you should, Nicholas. Vitamin H is contained in diary products. These products contain plenty of other vitamins useful for health.

Hmm, you can vary the food a little: you can eat oatmeal porridge for breakfast some days, yoghurt (or soy yoghurt) or a smoothie with nuts another day, or some kind of chocolate bar with nuts, or flapjack, or oatmeal cookies...

Becka, the food you mentioned is a little bit fat, eventhough it contains vitamins. His hair might cease falling, instead, something else may fall :-)

I don't really think hair falling can be stopped; It's all about the genetics. I f it is written into it, you can't fight it.

I heard that washing your head with nettle shampoo can reduce hair falling, and even recover hair where it already fell.

There are a lot of shampoos helping strengthen your hair. I use Pantene. I can't tell whether it helps or not, but my hair really does look healthy.

The hair should be healthy as a whole. Many remember to take care about their hair only after they begin to have problems (like hair falling). That's why the hair should be washed with shampoos that contain vitamins.

Also, try to use shampoos that, more or less, contain natural substances - nettle, camomile. Use the hairdryer only in exceptional cases, as dried hair means unhealthy hair, it loses it's natural capacities.

Dye your hair rarer. Especially this refers to man. But, I should say I saw bald women as well. Especially beware of counterfeited dye, since your hair might truly not like it.

by the way, did you know that hair loss is normal in its limits. The normal cycle of hair growth lasts for 3 to 6 years. Each hair grows approximately 1 centimeter a month during this phase. About 90 percent of the hair on your scalp is growing at any one time. About 10 percent of the hair on your scalp, at any one time, is in a resting phase. After 2 to 3 months, the resting hair falls out and new hair starts to grow in its place.

Spring and autumn are the seasons when your hair is most vulnerable to loss. Also, hair falls because after antibiotic treatment

that's really bad. I mean if the doctor institutes an antibiotic therapy, we are confronting a dilemma - either to treat our sickness and lose considerable part of hair or stay keep your hair and stay untreated. :-(

use permanently only one shampoo. Don't change it often, since your hair likes stability. For adapting to other shampoo you will have to lose some hair. When it gets used to it, it becomes more resistant as it spends less effort to assimilate the shampoo vitamins.

Hair starts to fall after infectious diseases. In several months, it will thin out considerably. After treating the diseases, your hair will stop falling, but you can't recover the lost hair.

LOREAL and KERASTASE are the best shampoos to treat hair falling. The treatment period should last 1-1.5 months, twice a year.

Head & Shoulders has recently released a range of new products that both kill dandruff and give endurance to hair. I am using it and must acknowledge I'm satisfied. The smell is great.
