If you're young and you notice your hair begins to fall, you should go to a drug store and ask for special ampoules for hair. These ampoules contain special vitamins that your heads need. After you wash the head, dry your hair and then grease the roots with these ampouls, the vitamins will penetrate deeply and will avoid hari falling.

If you have problems with hair loss for some time avoid washing hair with shampoo in favor of eggs. Wash your hair with eggs and rinse with warm water ... guaranteed that help against it.. :super

will help to better hydration of the hair to avoid inconvenience of brittle hair, degraded, with dandruff, giving you the pleasure of having a hair shiny, healthy and silky. Massage the scalp with a few teaspoon of olive oil. Cover your head with a plastic bag and leave the oil to work for 30 minutes, after which wash with shampoo as usual.

Benn wrote:Hi to you all,
I have a problem. I'm 25, and I noticed my hair started to fall about two years ago. First I thought it's normal, but I'm seeing my head becomes more and more "naked". Please, help, what can I do? I didn't use any chemicals, so don't know the reason why it might fall.
Thank's in advance!

Dear Benn, I have a lot of advise for you. First of all you should start to eat just good products, your hair fall is determined by your weak immunity system. Your organism need more vitamins, especially vit A, C, E and D. These are those vitamins which enrich our skin and hair with minerals and oils.
Another good advise is of making hair masks, one of them very nutritive is: one yolk, 2 spoons of olive oil and 1 spoon of honey. Apply it on your hair for 20 minutes, then wash your hair as usual.
good luck :)

Try to eat products enriched with vitamins, also keep your head in warm, don't hesitate to weak a fur cap, because hair is very vulnerably at cold air. Also you should cut it frequently to prevent its falling.

Prior to shampooing or head bath, the scalp is thoroughly massaged with a combination made of crushed fenugreek seeds and sour curd. Leave for 15-20 minutes and wash with the shampoos suggested above. Also it is important to choose at least products that has less of synthetic components and more of naturals.
