I feel nothing from these energetic drinks, don't know why. I think it's a lie they lift your energy - advertising slyness.
If a kid asks where rain comes from, I think a cute thing to tell him is "God is crying." And if he asks why God is crying, another cute thing to tell him is "Probably because of something you did."

People don't drink energetic drinks!
You can't even imagine what they contain - only chemicals and nothing natural. Besides, such drinks can't give you energy. This is advertising only.

Energetic drinks is a recent human invention, although their ingredients have been used for a long time for stimulating the nervous system. It's a real rescue for students so that they can prepare for exams, office workers who don't manage to do their job on time, fitness coaches etc.

By taste, energetic drinks are usually the same, but you should know that each producer adds its special ingredients. Some of its components are: vitamins, carbohydrates and even caffeine.

haven't you thought that this is autosuggestion, and thereby, this is your mind which keeps you alive, and not the ingredients of red bull

Of all the products that give us energy, energy drinks on the basis of taurine are known for the large amount of energy it provides a relatively short time. Such a beverage containing ingredients such as: 1. Taurine is an amino acid normally produced and our body, especially in muscle, brain, heart and blood. A person weighing 70 kg is naturally about 70 g of taurine distributed throughout the body, that is 70 times more taurine than a box of Energy Drink, which contains 1,000 mg. Sometimes, under stress or exercise, urine human body a greater quantity of taurine and possible so that this substance not be sufficiently synthesized. In this case we use the consumption of energy drinks to offset the deficit of taurine.
What everyone may not know is that taurine in energy drinks is a synthetic substance produced by pharmaceutical companies and is not derived from animal products, such as the bull. The benefits of cattle in the body: regulate temperature when it is too hot or too cold, reduce stress, maximize performance of the heart, helps to detoxify the body.

2. Glucoronolactone is a carbohydrate, a kind of sugar. The content of foods such as cereals and red wine. The human body produces from glucose. Role in energy drinks is to combat fatigue and give a good feeling.
3.Caffeine in Energy Drink find a box of about 80 mg of caffeine. Contain as much caffeine a cup of coffee. Cola contains 35 mg to a pack of 350 ml and about 47 mg cola light box. In moderate amounts, caffeine has beneficial effects on the body, stimulating because of its psychological and physiological functions, improves reaction speed and vigilance. Also, during physical activity, Caffeine stimulates fat burning and turning them into energy.

Carbohydrate Energy Drink contains a box of 27 grams of sugar (sucrose and glucose), with an energy of 112.5 kcal. Sucrose is a sugar used by the body in a slow quantity and, before being used as an energy source, should be split into glucose and fructose. Sucrose gives energy when glycogen reserves were exhausted already. Glucose is a sugar used by the body quickly, which means it can be used immediately as energy source. Glucose helps to keep muscle glycogen reserves, which normally must be used.
Inositol is also a carbohydrate, and produced by the body from glucose, which helps in detoxification process. Vitamins, especially B complex vitamins are necessary for the proper functioning of the body and improve mental performance.

Everyone is allowed to consume energy drinks? Manufacturers of such beverages advising consumers to consult their doctor before consuming, as you may be sensitive to some ingredients. Categories of people should not consume energy drinks are those sensitive to caffeine, pregnant women and nursing; because caffeine is much slower out of their body and the fetus, these children are more sensitive to caffeine than adults.
When is indicated the beginning of consumption of energy drinks and how much?
Knowing that a box Energy Drink contains as much caffeine as a cup of coffee, one can consume the same age to begin to drink coffee, which is different from person to person.

We must be aware at the same time that energy drinks are not intended to appease, so the amount that we consume will be quite small, not more than 4 packs a day (as recommended manufacturers), so as should not drink more than 4 cups of coffee a day. Therefore, in sports activities demanding Energy Drink be consumed 30 minutes before you start, following that then drink water or soft drinks.
Energy drinks in any way affect our health?
From the research of scientists and doctors in the field of toxicology, internal medicine and psychology, sports doctors, the health authorities, who examined the ingredients energy drinks, they have found harmless. Like caffeine, it is addictive, but were only stimulating effect. Some consumers use energy drinks in combination with alcohol. This is not recommended by the manufacturers but because they are abolished the positive effects of energy drink: endurance, concentration and reaction speed, vigilance, emotional sound, stimulating metabolism and are feeling the negative effects of alcohol only.

Energy drinks and health effects
Energy drinks increase the risk of cardiovascular disease, even among young people, since substances in these drinks lead to thickening of blood - the main problem that trigger diseases such as heart attacks, chest pain, etc..
Energy drinks, like almost all other drinks and foods that reach the stomach are shown to be consumed in large quantities because of side effects they may have on the body.
It does not categorically prohibit the consumption of these drinks, but we recommend only in special situations (exams, when you're tired of driving, I have to finish an important project at work, etc.), but after overcoming this period consumption is prohibited because the body has suffer. Basically this product be used in special situations and should not drink water instead.
All well and good, only one study in Australia that support energy drinks lead to the development of cardiovascular diseases. In just one hour after it was energizing drink the blood system not operating normally, but behaves asemanatoar blood system of the person suffering from a cardiovascular disease.

"Energizes" these drinks body?
effects are felt because it excites the central nervous system, creating a state of good mood, fresh. Unfortunately ... or fortunately these effects are not long lasting, and people tend to consume more energy drinks from here in excessive consumption and disease onset on the body. So high consumption do not turn into a hero at work but you addictive and affects your health little by little.

Positive effects of energy drinks
Are some positive effects, the worse is that these drinks are often consumed on a cigarette!
- increase the power of concentration and reaction speed,
- the person will be more calm and patience,
- increase metabolism.
These effects can be acquired and drinking coffee or carbonated beverages, but also their effect will disappear and then you become lethargy, nervous and to overcome these feelings will eat again. Should be noted that compared to coffee, energy drinks are more harmful because of other artificial ingredients that make you explode energy. When it comes to content located as energy drinks are rich in vitamin B and amino acid taurine, but not bring more benefits than side effects triggered by other ingredients, such as: sugar and caffeine.

Increased energy without energy drinks
People are not naturally permanently tired or angry, but this state latergica was experienced by most of us - which is why you must know the causes of lack of energy and prevention of this state.

Factors that simply terminates your "energy":
*the choice of food-grade and less healthy,
*a stressful lifestyle,
*negative emotions,
*fatigue, lack of exercise.

TIPS which increase energy:
*healthy, balanced nutrition,
*increased intake of omega-3 fatty acids,
*limiting consumption of sugar and grains,
*release yourself from emotional stress and pessimism,

Energetic drinks are good for them who always wants to be in action, but for some reasons, maybe because tiredness, this is not possible. For such of that cases are energetic drinks, they again will be full of power to act. The most popular energetic drink is red bull, i think it is commercialized in many countries, and help people to feel full of energy.
