Choose the right toothbrush. Brushes have to be soft, not to injures your gums. Toothbrush should have a size and form, so that lets you clean the entire surface of teeth. It should be noted that, only the tip of pear trees cleans the teeth, so no need to press with force the toothbrush. Replace your toothbrush once every 3-4 months or more often. If brushes are scattered, is a sign that you have waited too long. Some dentists recommend electric toothbrush because they are more effective in removing food debris and plaque microbial. In addition, electrical toothbrushes are helpful for people suffering from arthritis or Parkinson's. However, there is no need to spend a fortune on expensive toothbrushes, when a simple brush can be as effective if you use it properly.
