Iran against ties?

i heard that Iran passed a law forbidding the import of ties. I don't understand why? Does it have anything to do with religion?
If a kid asks where rain comes from, I think a cute thing to tell him is "God is crying." And if he asks why God is crying, another cute thing to tell him is "Probably because of something you did."

I don't like the Muslim suit. All men are alike. Why don't they also wear normal suit, including ties? Is it because the religion fobids it?

I would suggest Scorland to introduce a law for forbidding men to wear their national skirts! :)
