Hi
I'm a student writing about the EU Presidency for a paper. I'm having trouble doing research and I was hoping someone familiar with the European Bulletin or another source off legislation EU information can help me. How can I find out when the Council Presidency makes a request of the Commission to initiate legislation on a topic. As far as I know there isn't any European Union legislative tracking site and I figured it would be in the bulletins but I don't see it.

On another note, if anyone knows a good source to find out what conferences and events past Presidencies has held I'd also appreciate that.
