In 1995 in the Guinness Book were been introduced the Carabao Mango as the sweetest fruit in the world.
From my point of view the sweetest is the Water melon, and it not just because of its flavor and fragrance. Also I can add here strawberry which also is recognized by its tasty flavor.

By me the most sweetest fruit are peach and cherry. besides peach may help prevent cancer in organs and glands with epithelial tissue due to its high Vitamin A content. Also helps improve the health of the skin and adds color to the complexion.

From my point of view the most sweetest are banana, mango and strawberries. But i like the most bananas, besides its taste it are enriched with B vitamins which helps provide an energy boost which makes them great to eat 30 minutes before a workout, or even at breakfast to help boost energy at the start of every day.

I have tasted that carabao mango thing. It is from the Philippines,right? Unbelievable juiciness! Sweet-tasting yumminess! I was in the Philippines for a quick visit with some friends and they had that divine mango in a hotel in Cebu City I believe it was. They said that it was export quality.
