Lond Term Products

Lond term products

Postby Martin » 05 Jan 2010, 20:08

Nowadays there are thousands and thousands of products with a long term of keeping. I think that it is not normal, especially products that all of us know that they can not "survive' more than 5 days, but on the label is written that it is good a month. Do you think that if this kind of product which stayed on the tiers a month is good to eat? I don't think so..

I agree, it isn't good to eat.

The most common preservatives are sugar and salt. It is now thought by many people in the UK that this is behind our obesity and heart disease epidemics. Of course, scientific research (sponsored by the sugar industry) claims otherwise
