Fundamentalist Christians that are reproducing left and right. The greatest risk to our environment is population growth. When some dude said to be fruitful and multiply there weren't nearly as many people on the planet as there are now.

Any eco-terrorists. They have no fixed goal but they usually destroy more than just something that might be doing a tiny bit of harm to a certain area. Like when they burned down a forrest just to burn down an empty school (it was a saturday) because the school was ruining the integrity of the forest.
