Australia Town Bans Bottled Water

Australia town bans bottled water

Postby Nathan » 10 Jul 2009, 06:12

A rural town in Australia has voted overwhelmingly to ban the sale of bottled water over concerns about its environmental impact.
What do you think about this? Does this really damage the environment?

they probably don't know about the flow of water in nature! or they are using spring water until it dry!
water is always moving but not all the water is drinkable! man can not live without water! would be better to made bottled quantity issue and not the water problem! :)

why people first break ..... and after thinking how to be good .... but nature is not a chair or a table .... a broken leg, to make another and to put in place ....in nature everything can be restored in hundreds or thousands of years .... Water also needs time to become clean and drinkable ... people should understand that, if is a lot of water in the ocean and see this does not mean that we will not die of thirst .....australian are on the right way ... keep saving your future!
If a kid asks where rain comes from, I think a cute thing to tell him is "God is crying." And if he asks why God is crying, another cute thing to tell him is "Probably because of something you did."
