I have a pen friend in Latvia who has recently lost his job due to the economic recession. He is worried about not being able to find a job soon. Any insight/advice would be appreciated.

Anything that happening right now is because of universal inflation or the Bible called "start of the birth pain." Jesus teaches us not to worry. Worry is a sin. Jesus explained this issues in Matthew 6.25-32. All we can do is to cast everything to God because He cares for us. Do not get hang ups on what is going on in this world. Just keep trusting, keep praying, and keep the faith in God and He will meets our needs not what we want. Keep on eyes in Jesus because He have all the answer for all we need to survive in this inflation.

Yes my insight is, pray, pray PRAY to God. If he's a Christian, he needs to pray, trust God during this financially unstable time and claim (not name it and claim it) but claim and hold onto the precious promises in the Word (like Phil 4:19, Rom 8:28).

We need to pray that America stops trying to divide the land of Israel (God's land, the only land God created by a sovereign act).

God has promised curses for those that curse His land or His people. He will "cut into pieces" as He puts it, those nations that try to impose their own "peace" process on Israel. All of the financial trouble, weather trouble and terrorism is God's punishment on America for defying Him.

God says not to worry about all the things that will happen in the end days. He tells us to remain steadfast and keep the gate of Heaven in our sights.
Keep God as number one...put all of your trust and faith in Him. He keeps His promises...God will supply you with what you need.

i dont know Jimmy. i have a few freinds who are poor and do not get help at all from the goverment. This sounds lame, but um get intoa church who will take care ofd him and where he can be of service. Tell him to go into Missions........????????? Hugs to your freind. Thanks
