Problems with the accelerator pedal because of the car mat!
Toyota will recall 3.8 million vehicles in the U.S., a record for car manufacturer, after five people have died in accidents because car mats inerfered with accelerators.
Vehicle recall program will be the largest in the history of Japanese manufacturer, renowned for reliability and quality of cars produced.
The biggest loss is caused to Toyota's image, though.
U.S. authorities have warned car owners over about this danger. So if you're driving Toyota, be careful.
