Should the EU have more power over business regulation than do the national governments?

not of course should not, but in reality is totally opposite .... why? because even if each country has its rules inside, it respect some rules from outside, following treaties, alliances, etc., such as EU .... which already means that from outside is an influence .. and for Europe, the EU is, something like, a guide or maybe even a supreme power in some countries.
