Issues at least curious property market in the United States. More and more churches are for sale by the Catholic Diocese, since they can't afford the maintenance costs.
The offers are generous, because churches are sold together with lands for only several thousand dollars, depending on the surface. Although priests promise that the church-sale will not bother anybody in the neighbourhood, local people are angry. In Pittsburgh, a church was turned into a bar by the owner, and nobody could interfere that.
