Great location for shopping and just 20 steps away from train station. I'm used to making my own coffee when i stay in hotels. Unfortunately there was no coffee bar in room and no electric kettle that we can borrow. As a 4 star hotel, i think there should be a bellman. We had to carry up our own luggage when the airport sent them (bags were missing upon arrival). Otherwise, the stay was great and staffs had been helpful.
